REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At My Health Essence, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law and are committed to providing safe, high-quality products.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of ingestible health products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is damaged during transit
  • Is not the product you ordered

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
support@myhealthessence.com.au and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging where relevant

Assessment & Resolution

Once your claim is assessed:

  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage
  • Products returned outside the stated timeframe
